This excerpt of the Terms & Conditions (the Release) grants us the right to use all materials received other than in a manner consistent with gross negligence or willful misconduct. This Passage is traditionally provided in small font. It is suggested that it is positioned before the electronic signature authorization trigger.  If possible, the authorization check / trigger requires the Party to scroll to the end of the Terms & Conditions segment before being able to activate the checking / approval / authorization acceptance.
Electronic Signature Statement:
Any electronic symbol or process attached to, or associated with, the Terms & Conditions to record and accepted by a Person with the intent to sign, authenticate or accept such Terms & Conditions through electronic means shall have the same legal validity and enforceability as a manually executed signature or use of a paper-based recordkeeping system to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, including the Federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act, the New York State Electronic Signatures and Records Act, or any similar state law based on the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act, and the parties hereby waive any objection to the contrary.
Terms & Conditions:
The Signatory, hereby irrevocably gives and grants to EcoFriend World and their Directors, Officers, Employees, affiliates, successors and assigns (individually and collectively, “EFW”) all rights, title and interest to production work materials and content developed and created in consideration of The United Nations International Youth Day Event scheduled August 12th 2020, and for EFW and its respective heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, do hereby completely and fully release and discharge any future obligation, liability or responsibility arising out of the production and/or any actions relating to the services rendered on behalf and in conjunction with  any content (e.g., film, video, pictures, audio, renderings, drawings, text, pictures, etc.) which were provided with this File Transfer Process located on the EFW’s website uniform resource location (url) www.ecofriend.world.com.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, this includes:

1.      authority for EFW to record and use, publish and reproduce, separately or together, my entry, my image, and likeness, name and identity in whole or in part, in print or electronic format or any media now known or hereafter created in connection with work product (“Work”);

2.      waive, release, and discharge EFW from any and all claims that may now or later have (whether related to copyright, right of privacy, right of publicity, performer rights, tort, contract, statute or otherwise) by reason of EFW’s or another’s creation, use (whether or not merely internal to EFW or another business entity), distribution, publication, performance, broadcast, alteration, or adaptation (collectively, “Utilization”) of the Work;

3.      agree not to assert or attempt to exercise any ownership or other right or interest on the Work;

4.      waive any and all claims for compensation related to the Work or any Utilization thereof;

5.      waive any right to inspect or approve the Work or any context in which they may appear;

6.      acknowledge and agree that EFW will have the right to register, in the name of EFW, the copyrights in the Work and that EFW, and others with EFW consent, will have the right to Utilize the Work in any manner, at any time, and for any purpose whatsoever; and

7.      WAIVE AND RELEASE ANY CLAIMS OR CAUSES OF ACTION which I may now or hereafter have against EFW, except to the extent due to the gross negligence or willful misconduct of EFW, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws, arising in connection with my participation in the Event, and hold harmless EFW against any and all claims resulting from such participation, including, without limitation, claims for compensation, defamation, or invasion of privacy, or other infringements or violations of personal or property rights of any sort whatsoever.

The Signatory attests that this release does not in any way conflict with any existing commitments and has full right to grant this release without violating the rights of any third party.
